The Center for Policy Studies and Education Research (CPSER), one of the five centers within the Intermountain Center for Education Effectiveness. It is concerned with the study and evaluation of policy issues that impact or will impact education in the Intermountain West. the Policy Board is a regional entity composed of four states, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming.
